I travel full time and often work in coffee shops, and this one is definitely in my top 3 nationwide. Having grown up in an Irish band, I appreciate the cozy, non-clichí© atmosphere here, whether for a cappuccino or a pint of Guinness. The beverages are great, the quiche is delicious, and the welcoming vibe makes it a favorite hangout spot for me and my husband as Franklin locals.

Lady workers added items on my bill falsely without checking with me if accurate first; had to ask to review bill because only given total end sum on a receipt; charged 2$ for each self-serve popcorn thought was free, and that didn't taste good even w add your own seasonings; was not aware of 4 percent additional charge if you use card.
Overall good atmosphere with live music and family friendly
