Myself and 3 other ladies used your drive through Saturday May:16, 2020. We used the drive through due to the CoronaVirus. We waited in the line about 30 minutes or more. Several cars in front of us and many behind us. We had to repeat our order 4 times. The young lady never got it right. When we got to the window we told her that we could not understand her with the mask on. We had to keep correcting her as she read off the order. When she handed us the bag we asked if she each item of the order in the bag. She said yes it's in the bag. Well, we took our order and decided to go down the road which was about 6 miles, to eat in a shady area. Part of the order was not in the bag after we repeated the order. We then had to drive the 6 miles back to the restaurant. We all live in Siler City and only came this direction to eat at Popeye's. This is about 40 miles from home for us.This was a nightmare trip. The ladies lack the training needed to do a busy drive through. I've worked in fast food and I know that it can be done. I will not be recommending your restaurant anymore.
