We love Italy Grill. The food is amazing and everytime we eat in or do carryout our orders are always right. It's authentic Italian food to. You also get huge portions and the cost is very affordable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You won't go wrong if you choose to eat here.

My husband and I tried the large meat calzone and the Greek salad at Italy Grill. While the calzone was filled with tasty meatballs, I found the combination a bit heavy for my liking. On the other hand, my husband enjoyed the calzone, which was generously sized. Overall, we had a satisfying experience with good food and friendly service at Italy Grill.

Went there today for some lasagna, haven't been there in a while. It was really good, still the best lasagna around. The waitress was good too brought us stuff without asking. Used to go a lot until my daughter passed and we just didn't go many places after that. Keep up the good work!

Wow! Wonderful food, beautifully decorated, super clean, amazing service. Best kept secret in Lenoir. This will definitely be out go restaurant from now on.

Came here Saturday to dine in with my family. The customer service was awful. Got our drinks and waited 15 minutes still no order. We left and went to Romas in Hudson and they had a party with Elsa from frozen were busy but still got good service. We want be back even if it's close!

Worst service ever last night. The waitress was busy on her phone the whole time. Got up twice to carry my cup for a refill. Ask for tomato sauce on my spaghetti being I am a vegetarian. When it came I got meat sauce. When she brought it back my plate had more water under the pasta than sauce. Showed the waitress and she said she would let the cook know. Did not offer to fix it at all. I will say my salad was good. That is it. Please work on your customer service if you intend to keep customers!

This place has changed for the better!! Went in about a year and a half ago and i was very unsatisfied but we have decided to give them another chance and im glad we did!!! Been twice in a month and the food and staff are awesome!!! All new workers and it shows!!! Will be getting our business weekly!!!

One start and would give none if possible. My sub bread had mold on for one thing. Second thing is, the service of its deserved to be called that, is awful. Went without a refil my whole meal, then when asked for one brings it with something floating in the top. The waitress went out and smoked, came in, didn't wash her hands and went straight over sat down and started making silverware wraps. Overall will not be back!

What started out to be a great Friday night ended at this restaurant. Service was horrible and the staff is very rude by just simply ignoring you. I order chicken Rosa Maria with all Rosa Maria sauce. It comes out with meat sauce. Then I wait another ten minutes while others are eating for my chicken to be so tuff you can't chew it. I never received my side salad and when ask to speak to the manager was told the manger said there is nothing they can do the salad is free. No it's not. I pay for it to come with my meal. My sons Pizza was a kids cheese and the dough was sour. Overall very unsatisfied customer. I will not be back.

What will it take to get good decent service? We left Roma Pizza last night and knew we wouldn't be back because of the gossip fest at the cash register. And tonight we leave Italy grill here because of the same thing. Place must be owned by the same person because it's the same menu. Problem is that it's good food but the service. It's awful. We had started going to Roma on Monday nights because there was good service. Last night was different. So we came here tonight. Nothing will change. Sad because foods good.

After my visit I ask my self a question how many times should I eat there and give them a chance to get things rite so that's should tell you that place is not the place to go please don't waist your time and go there

I will never eat there again I didn't like the food and I didn't even wanna give it one star but I have to that's the only way I could leave a review the service was terrible and like I said don't expect me to eat there ever again cause the food succs and all the other reasons I have named

I figured that I would give it another chance but I was wrong again I get better service at McDonalds and that's bad again they took forever to bring my food and it wasn't the way I wanted it maybe one day they will learn how to get things rite
