Everything is top notch EXCEPT the collards! Why do you guys put peppers in collard greens? It was so hot the three of us couldn't eat them and we wasted money on a side dish that SHOULD NOT cooked like this. Tell your owners to take a trip down south and sample collards in Ga.,Al.,Ms. you'll find that they use smoked hocks NOT bacon for seasoning. The trick is not to overpower the greens. I will return cause you have the best BBQ in town but, please let us add the heat if we want it.

Blue Smoke rocks! Consistently wonderful with excellent service! Ribs last night were delicious and chopped collards w/ generous bits of Q earlier in the week fantastic. Brisket Tacos always a winner. Another local appreciating them anchoring here!

Blue Smoke is literally mouth watering. The Brisket tacos are my fave. But everything I've had there including sides, meats and desserts have been amazing. In fact, I think I'm going to have to grab some bbq right now!
