The Mexican food here is really good for the price, not quite like the real deal in Mexico but still delicious and quick. The wait staff is always so friendly and goes the extra mile in taking care of you. I love the carne asada tacos with the house hot sauce - the cilantro and onion toppings are just perfect.

We are year-round residents, and we eat there on a regular basis. We have always had wonderful, friendly service and delicious fresh Mexican food. We belong to a country club and also regularly eat at area fine dining establishments, so we would never consider eating low quality food. If someone had a bad experience, chances are, they were rude and accustomed to low quality food.

We LOVE El Manzanillo! Our favorites are the guacamole, Chile verde (best I've ever had, and I lived in Guadalajara for two years), Chile rellenos, enchiladas, anything with shrimp, it's all just so good.
The prices are more than reasonable, the people who work here are kind and friendly. We've been here at least a dozen times both as adults and with our kids and have never had a problem.
