We recently brought a guest to Christoph's on the Water, a cozy restaurant nestled within the Double Tree Hilton in downtown New Bern. The 'all you can eat' seafood buffet left us pleasantly surprised - the chef's generous servings and the delectable grouper and salmon dishes with leek creme' sauce were highlights of the meal. The warm ambiance, friendly wait staff, and stunning views of the river and marina made our dining experience truly memorable.
