The meal at Jalapenos Restaurant was truly exceptional. The food, drinks, and service were all fantastic. Our server, who was new to the country from Columbia, was incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, a great local dining experience that I would definitely revisit.

We ordered the tres amigos on Cinco de Mayo, 2024. No seasoning at all. The steak and chicken were less than a 1/4" thick and extremely bland. The portion was smaller than we've received before. We were very disappointed and have decided that this was our last visit. Customer service and quality are no longer a standard here.

I generally do take out for many years now, and its' always quick and fast. The food is excellent. I have never had one single problem.

When you call on a Wednesday night at 7:45 PM you call and call and call and they don't answer"¦ it's not a matter of there having phone trouble they're too busy to take care of pick up orders. And that's a shame it really is if I could give him less than one star I would they got two hours left in their shift and they can't answer the phone sad very very sad there's no excuse for it
