Worst customer service in town. I ordered my food and was told 10-15 minutes, waited 20 just to be sure. Upon arrival they told me that I never called my order in at all. Even though I remember who took my order & had the call on my phone. So they tell us the woman who took the order never put it in. No big deal, things happen, I understand & don't mind waiting. So we ask the girl at the counter to make sure the steak is medium rare not medium well, just as a reminder. The girl says "well the steak is already on the grill, so ...." so we ask if she will just make sure they don't over cook it, she says "I guess but they're already cooking it". Pretty much telling me that I'll get it however they cook it, regardless of what I ordered. No apology from management, just rude employees & an over cooked steak. Unfortunate because I like the food, but I won't be back.

Inconsistent, overcharged. First visit was great. Ordered same thing the second visit . and was totally different. Gonna have to step it up to keep up with Three Amigos.

They are really bad about leaving out items in your order when you pick up. It happened so often I finally stopped going there.
