Time from placing order to receiving food was extremely long "¦..and they weren't even busy !! I will make sure I tell everyone this .

Food is usually pretty good, but this places customer service is just barely acceptable. And hey mr owner that is so stingy you charge for sauce cups , you should make them free considering literally 50% of the time it's not in my bag when I order and PAY for it. Surely I'm not the only one that happens too.

I ordered a burger with lettuce, pickles, onions, jalapeno and bacon! THERE WAS NO BACON AT ALL ON MY BURGER! I was charged $1.00 + tax! I was able to see some of the people in the kitchen! If the workers would play more attention to the orders in front of them and less on the gossip then maybe my order would have been right! Heck, I need a job !
