Great restaurant!

Terrible service, it's like the staff just does not care and the management is never around.
I'll never eat at this place again. I did not get the entree I ordered and the waitress never offered to correct it.
No drink refill's... I could go on but I'm just done!

Went out to dinner with the family and had a horrible experience. I got the carnitas and my daughter got the chicken quesadillas. When the food came out my daughter was missing the lettuce, tomato's and sour cream. I was missing my flour totillas with my order. I did not really have the option to say anything about it because the server never came to check on us. When I got the bill I said something about about my daughters meal and she played it off saying "that's why I took it off the price for you" I mentioned my missing flour totillas and she got a blank look and had nothing to say. I did get a card for 10% off meals through October (the same card they give to everybody). I told the lady at the register when she asked but got nothing but a smile and silence. I tossed the card up on the desk telling her to keep it because I'm no stupid enough to come back with other-better-options here in wilkes.

Took a friend to dinner for her birthday. She ordered Nachos. The waitress when sitting the plate in front of my friend spilled the red sauce from the dish all over my friends white eyelet blouse. No apology just got extra napkins. I ask for a discount when we checked out or a free meal for her. The guy checking us out said he would give us 15 percent discount and continued to agrue so I paid. My last time eating at this establishment. No concern for what their staffs does.

Opened as a cheap alternitive and as a fair priced mexican restaurant and quickly became the most expensive in town after getting a little bit of regulars and some traction

Delicious Mexican food. Defiantly get your moneys worth. Customer service has improved dramatically for the better since it first opened. I would highly recommend!!
