We have been regular customers since they opened. We regularly order for birthdays and holidays but we will not be back. I ordered a to-go order as usual and right away we noticed over 1/2 the food was missing. The very nice manager apologized and remade it for us. When we got home and opened the 5 containers we were missing almost 75% of what we ordered and paid for. There was one container that ONLY had 4 pieces of sliced turkey. We were missing sides and there was enough pulled pork for a single sandwich. The only container that was not deceiving was the one with the ribs, which were complete. It looked like the person who packed it was only told to use 5 containers, it didn't matter what or how much they put in them. Four of them were wrong. I called up there and it went straight to voicemail and then said it was not available to take a message. I went up there on Monday, closed. I went up there on Tuesday and there was a sign saying they were closed to work on their menu. I went back on Thursday and the very nice manager apologized but when she asked the owner to reimburse the order, he only would reimburse 25%. He said I waited 5 days to let them know. I explained to her that I had come in two times and called but when she informed him, he still said 25% only. We won't be back.
