This menu is outdated. There's a larger menu with more items.

The food was good, but half the carnitas in my salad was over cooked and hard to eat. Had a great waiter that was very nice.

We will most likely go back again.

I find Taco Factory to have the best service in town. I wish they could train the waiters at the other restaurants. The servers are polite, cheerful, attentive, and neatly dressed.
Most of the food I have had at the Taco Factory, over 5 or so visits in the past year, was fresh and tasty.
The tortilla chips, however, sometimes tasted bad.
The strawberry margarita tasted like it was made from a mix. That seems to be standard here in Rockingham, but I long for a margarita made with real strawberries, fresh or frozen, instead of artificial flavoring.
