This is the worst place to order from my chicken was raw after waiting an hour for my food. This place needs better employees and a manager who cares, or shut it down. They make Zaxby's look so bad.

Waited for 20 mins to place order and then another 30 to get order and that was inside. No staff on a damn Sunday. Nope Neva again.

I wouldn't give them one star on service! We visited this location 2 years ago and the service was terrible. Employees were rude and non caring about helping customers!
We decided to try out again today on 4/6/2021....big mistake! Took 15 minutes just to place our order another 20 minutes to get food and the a good 20 minutes to get our drinks!!! No one seemed to know want to do! They were all out of ketchup too. You need to train your employees a lot better and move people in and out in a timely matter. We were not the only ones waiting a long period of time!
We go to other and Zaxby locations and have never had this type of problem! We will not bother to try out again... you have lost our business for good!!
