I highly recommend CHIBA as my order is always correct & the food is hot and very tasty!!

Always look to see if your order is correct. They are very rude if you let them know after you have left. They,act as if it is your fault they messed up! Won't make it right

I ordered the Chiba special. They forgot my rice so I called, the lady tried to argue that I was lying and requested I bring it back so they could fix it. I drive all the way back and they take the plate over the counter just to hand it right back then hand me rice! They refused to replace the entire meal, saying that even though the meat had been sitting in my car due to their mistake, I should still eat it. Even at McDonalds they replace the meal. My meat is ice cold and shriveled from being reheated. I will never return and I advise you all to go somewhere else! This place has the worst costumer service in Rockingham and that's saying ALOT!

Wife & I have ate at Chiba for years, and it is one of the better restaurants.
BUT this time I ordered at the drive thru on Sat. night Feb 2020. I ordered 3 plates & noodles, but when I got home I must have got someones elses order, because it was something totally different. Called the restaurant, closed & not answering the phone. Got the manager on Tuesday and he only would replace 1 plate.
MORAL: check your take out before leaving because they are not willing to do the right think or refund any portion of your money.
