I ordered food on the app. They called me up after I ordered. They told me I would have to pay more because they're app allowed me to do something that they didn't want me to do. I chose a menu item based off of the price on the app. If your apps screws up YOU DON'T PUNISH THE CUSTOMER! You should fix your app!!!

I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that allowing someone to pay for a service. And then not delivering on that service for the agreed upon price, and then asking for more money is illegal. If it's not, it's at least bad customer service.
