Food is good and well- prepared. Offering a few extra sides would be nice - coleslaw, baked potatoes, hushpuppies, etc. Just a tad high price wise. Know you are working with fluctuating market on your seafood, but baskets could include coleslaw, lemon, etc. Your steamed entrees are well-priced. Waitstaff needs a little more training. Definitely have the potential to go to a 4 or even a 5 with more amenities.
