Coffee on Raiford in Selma, North Carolina has the freshest, crispiest chef salad I know of in Johnston County. I average having a salad with dinner three or four times a week. I have actually been able to add a cucumber and maybe a bit more tomato or shredded cheese to Zena salads, and stretch it to serve five to six adults. I no longer purchase premade salads from a deli, nor can I buy ham, turkey, 2 types of cheese, real bacon, shredded carrots, tomatoes, and fresh lettuce to prepare a yummy salad for 5 adults for 7 bucks. I can't do it, and I am a smart, thrifty shopper when it comes to the quality of the food for the best price. It also comes with a package of dressing if I'm not mistaken, but I'm not sure. I don't use it because I make my own. My granddaughter loves her icees, slushies and non-alcoholic cocktails!
