My experience at Popeyes was not good on 3/21/2022 at approximately 5:50p.m. When I drove up to the window to pay for my food, I asked for the military discount. I had to wait about 3 minutes before the cashier came back to the window and said that they weren't offering any discounts today. She didn't say why they weren't offering any and she didn't even say that she was sorry. I then asked for my receipt because she didn't give me one. She said that their printer was down. The previous time that I visited this Popeyes I couldn't get a receipt either because they said that their printer was down. This isn't the way to conduct a business. When I got home, they had forgotten to put my mash potatoes and gravy in the bag. To top all of this, when I called them after I got home, no one answered the phone so I had to leave a message. I am very disappointed with this visit and I'm going to tell all my friends about my experience.
