03/27/2023 - Awful experience!!!!!
Awful customer service!!!!!! I arrived first and spoke with the manager, Asian woman and told her I had weight loss surgery but wanted to know if they had discounts for BARIATRIC patients and she told me yes, I could get the child's price of half off, the all you can eat, for 39.99. I was like cool and ordered two appetizers so I could take them home but that is where it got crazy! The Asian lady told me that they were included in the all you can eat! She wanted to trick men because she knew I could only eat a little and wanted to weigh it and not let me bring the 95% of it I could not eat home! Told me I could not order appetizers separate because they were included. How she going to tell me I couldn't order separate dishes is crazy, considering there were multiple sides I could have order with the all you can eat.
Rule # 1 The Asian lady told us, EVERYONE AT OUR TABLE HAD TO GET THE ALL YOU CAN EAT, if one person got the all you can eat! If everyone didn't order all you can eat then no one could order all you can eat!
Rule number 2,any food you can't eat will be weighed at 15.00 per pound, and you could not take the food with you. My salad plate weighed 5 pounds. Do you think I would trust someone with all these rules to fairly weigh wasted food and why is this such a thing???
Rule number 3 they give you a 90min time limit and then you have to leave. They control how much food they bring out and the pace it comes out, I believe this was a tactic to control or limit the "all you can eat".
Then the Asian lady had the only white employee bring me over the child's menu and did a total bait and switch from the all you can eat child's plate and that was the last straw!!! We got up and left! I said if you don't want some money, how about you get no money!!!! These people have no integrity or respect for their customers! I believe these people are crooks and re-reserve other peoples left overs, after reading other peoples reviews when I returned home from this "restaurant "! I only wanted to go there because it was my best friends birthday and had not yet read the reviews before my first time there! I think we dogged a bullet! I will not EVER step a foot back in these folks "business" and I would not recommend anyone else eat that sloop! Next time I'll buy my own seafood and cook it fresh at home! Horrible people and experience! This place should be shut down!!! It won't be long , it will be closed because of their business practices and lack of quality food! I think they wrote their own good reviews!
