The food this morning was as good as always. However, for the first time at any Cracker Barrel, the service was LOUSY. Server was unfriendly and uninterested in doing anything. They were NOT BUSY AT AT ALL. She simply disappeared. It took 8 minutes for me to get my FIRST cup of copy! Then I NEVER GOT A REFILL. If she stays on the job, it will be a travesty. She didn't have a name tag on for obvious reasons. 20 somethings in customer service are rarely a good idea.

****Buyer Beware****
I ordered catering for my father's birthday party and my order was incomplete. I was missing the chicken and dumpling, the fried okra, and green beans. I did not notice these items were missing until unpacking the bag for the party.
I immediately called the general manager Lloyd and informed him what was missing. He stated that the cashier did not give me the second bag of my order. I requested a refund for my missing items.
I have contacted the store several times of the last couple of weeks to get my refund. I keep getting the run around. At times I have been flat out hung up on. I finally got ahold of Lloyd again, and was promised that the refund was "really issued this time." So it was fake the previous times?
Still no refund...
