Been here several times and have been pleased each time, and if something is wrong with my order Bryan will go above and beyond to correct it.

The first employee you meet after entering seems to be annoyed that someone entered. He has no people skills and does not appear to be happy to be there.
It is a brief menu but covers the basics of burgers, sandwiches, etc. I had the chicken sandwich which was bland, a bit tough and served on what seemed to be cheap, low bid bun bread. The tables had no condiments (salt, pepper, etc).
The food was brought to my table in a brown paper bag with 2 paper napkins. No eating utensils were offered. Once my order was delivered to my table, (by the same employee first encountered) all service was abandoned. There was no offer to refill my drink or inquire as to how I liked my food.
This is only their second or third week in operation. I may wait a few more weeks and revisit them again. If their service and food does not dramatically improve, I will not make a third visit.
