Sign on door notified us that they were short staffed. There were very few customers when we walked in but people continued in after us. Waitress was very pleasant. We shared a rack of ribs and they were delicious. The best ribs we had in a long time. Juicy and tender - fell off the bone. Hope they are there for a long time to come

went today and 2 wait staff and 2 cooks. Manager was one of the cooks . Bartender working on his 6th day with obviously no bartending knowledge. Workers decided not to show up for work. Suggestion;;;; Close the doors, fire all staff that laid out and hire new staff under this new manager and reopen when everyone is trained and on the same page and wants to work. Don't know what happened there, but this was pathetic. It should be unacceptable for Ruby Tuesday to be represented in the state this place was working from tonight.
