Worst service ever slow in getting salad and soup after main entree .main entree had a hair in my food. Will NEVER EVER GO BACK . SAVE YOUR MONEY . GO TO NIOBE AT LEAST YOU GET TO SEE YOUR FOOD COOKED.

Love the food, I normally eat at the north church st Sakura at least once a week. Today a coworker and myself went in, the manger killed a roach on the dining room floor with a Broom while she was sweeping the floor. Then I find a hair in my food, so the manger tells me that she is "not suppose to so this but she was going to give me her discount"! Now mind you I did not eat the food due to the long black hair curled up in my rice , she was kind enough to give me a discount!! Omg I was totally grossed out and insulted that she charges me for food that I did not eat and then she's going to say that she is not suppose to give me a discount! Excuse me!! I should not have been charged at all for the food that I did not eat! Disgusting and insulted! I will not be back! As we were leaving she's on the phone fussing with someone! Get rid of this manager and deal with the hair in the food - and killing roaches with a broom ! What the heck is wrong with this crazy lady! Sakura my coworkers and I will not be returning!

We used to eat at this restaurant or the other Sakura in mebane at least once a week. But after the service we had tonight we will no longer be eating at this location or any other Sakura ever. My fiancé ordered a 20 dollar plate which is not out of the ordinary because she takes the leftovers home and she eats very little as it is so her meal would have lasted her at least 2 days worth of lunch and she accidentally spilled it. The waitress tried to get the manager to discount it and explained the situation to him and he just very dryly said that sucks and walked away.
