Never Go Here!!! Tom the General Manager was incredibly rude. We had over a 1k dollar catering order for this weekend. This order was for the death of our 20 year old friend and his family. When we tried to call Tom to figure out why multiple credit cards we gave him over the phone had been denied. he answered extremely annoyed and had no compassion for the loss of such a young kid. We even sent a close friend down with a credit card to give him it in person and the wasn't there. Now they have now put us in the position to have to find a new restaurant last minute which is something we didn't need during this time of grief. If anyone knows an Italian restaurants in the Oak Island/Southport area please let me know. Tom my family is in the restaurant industry, I myself was a general manager. Pro tip"¦learn some compassion. You lost a potential customer that waned to give you their business. I apologize to your hostess who had to hear my frustration. I asked to speak to you multiple times man to man and explain the situation but you made her speak on your behalf.

Worst...Pizza...Ever
Ordered a pizza to go from Bella Cucina last Saturday evening. Arrived at 6:55 for scheduled 7 pm pick up and pizza was ready. Got home and found burnt pizza, complete with large black burn bubbles on the crust. Looked awful, but we were hungry and really, how bad could it be.....Crust tasted like burnt cardboard, cheese had no taste whatsoever, barely any sauce and mushrooms and onions were barely cooked. A frozen pizza from the dollar store would have tasted better. I ordered the pizza online about 5 p.m. for a 7 p.m. pick-up. They apparently made it at five, then keep reheating the crust, then threw the toppings on at the last minute and just heated it all up. We won't be back, and we're local, not vacationers!
