The experience at this restaurant was truly enjoyable with minimal wait times and exceptional service from Claudia, our waitress. The cleanliness of the establishment was evident, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. I particularly recommend trying the "Hungry Man's Plate" for a satisfying and delicious meal that won't break the bank.

Waitress was very kind, but overworked. Fried pickles good...French fries good, not greasy but clearly out of a frozen bag. My wife's salad was not too fresh and hardly any. I ordered the worst fish and chips I'd ever eaten. Chicken was stringy, full of gristle and tough. My cup of vegetable beef soup, clearly made here, was the worst! It had a spoiled aftertaste and I almost had to leave the table! Should have sent most of food back but we're in a hurry- I wasn't told when we got there and were seated at one that they closed at two so we felt rushed. Waitress too busy but was extremely kind- woman who took my credit card for payment was rude. I must have interrupted her closing out for the day. She took my card quickly enough but never made eye contact and never said thank you or to come back- She never asked how good was either. Terrible dining experience- this was our second time there. My wife didn't like it the first time. It was only "okay" for me the first time! Believe me, there will not be a third time. Food was bad most of time- aril get sick feeling thinking about that horrible soup- most vegetables are doctored up right out of a can or frozen bag. We will not go back and would never recommend Punchys at all. And it was too expensive for what you got- McDonalds or Chic-Fil-A much better!!!!
