Arrived at 5:00 Waitress seemed to be working two floors
Our drinks were one half ice ( pepsi and iced tea. Coke on menu but unavailable)
Grilled Mahi was on a bed of rice an peas, but some of the rice was hard and i only saw about four peas. Plus too many greens on the plate (if i want a salad then i would order it)
We needed drink refills and when finally got them it was even more ice

We have been visiting Atlantic Beach off and on for over 20 years, but had never visited Crab's Claw. During a recent visit the week after Thanksgiving,we decided to give it a try on our last night to avoid driving over to Morehead City or Beaufort. We went for dinner at 5:00 PM so that we could catch a window seat to take advantage of the ocean view. My wife had the blacked tuna and I tried the Caribbean grouper. Both were excellent. Our waiter was superb. When we got home, my wife realized I had added up the tip incorrectly (to the plus side for the waiter), but our credit card bill had the correct total. We will definitely return on our next visit.

A terrible experience.
Reservations were not honored, server was incompetent and the food was marginal and overpriced.
The manager was extremely rude when issues were brought to her attention.
The Island Grille is right down the street and is an excellent restaurant with exceptional food and service.
