My daughter took me to Chili's in Hickory NC for Mother's day. We had to ask three people to come to our table to greet us. The food was good, but the service was far from good. We asked several times for our wine, napkins, water, snd lemons .
The restaurant was dirty, floors were deplorable, bathrooms needed assistance.
The Hickory NC store needs a complete overhaul.It was not busy at 2;30, when we arrived. Tables were bused in a timely manner.
