I just want to warn people about the "dry" pastas. I bought one last week and it was somewhat dry, but since I ordered it in a bread crust, I ate as much as I could, no worries. But last night I bought one in a bowl and OMG! It was so dry that I had to keep hydrating!!! It was like it came out of the fridge, nuked and served. The worse pasta I have ever had! I order from the Newton location at least one time a week, and 80% of the time it's satisfactory, but 2 zeros out of 2 within a week, terrible!
