I was very sad this evening. The Stock Yard has been in our rotation of restaurants on Tuesday night for years. I hate to say, tonight I am done. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with swiss cheese. The bacon was missing, the burgers are not the same (fresh). The worst for me was the cheese, you should have just put american cheese on the burger. You can not replace swiss cheese with "swiss pasturized food products". It is not the same texture, flavor, anything. I used to work in a cheese shop, it is not the same as real swiss cheese- which you used to use. Unfortunate, but maybe we will try again later after you re-adjust? I will ask when ordering next time!

My wife and I had lunch there today first time in 30 years great food and the people was so friendly, loved it, it made my day thanks guys
