Order seafood at 6 pm. Go to pick it up at 6:30. Said they stop cooking at 6 pm. So y in the hell they would take the order in the first place. Done with them until they get new management.

I bought chicken about 4 clock in evening it was terrible the chicken was cold and fries was cold it was a just greasy bag it was just awful they need to do better make sure the food is hot.

Kitchen workers excellent. Register worker no experience. Wrong orders, no focus, can not operate registers. Disorganized completely. Need experience order intake. Service workers need to be removed.

This used to be a great place to eat, but it has gone downhill in the last few months. The chicken is now smaller and the taste just is not as good as it used to be. Also, the service is getting terrible. Tonight, I called in an order for 2 shrimp dinners, each with cole slaw and fries. I got there and paid for the order, then was told it would be a few minutes for the fries to get done. After about 5 minutes of watching my shrimp getting cold, the cook asks if they need more fries. He then goes to start cooking them. I get asked if I want to wait 5 more minutes for the fries or change my order. So there was my choice, let the shrimp get even colder or get something different than I had ordered to begin with. I changed my order. I was not offered anything for doing this, no discount on this meal or a future meal. I will know to not pay for my order until it is complete from now on so that if they make this type of mistake again, I can just walk out. If this place continues to go downhill, I estimate it being closed down within a year.
