I'm confused because if yall close at 12am why is it we ordered online at 10:15 , order was CANCELED. we had planned to pick up the food after work. We decided to call in the order and nobody answered the phone ? After 10:30??? Just close at 10 if the employees are going to deny orders and ignore phone -in orders for pick up! Absolutely ridiculous. This is the second time. It is Monday , the website says "open", close at 12am. We called for a 3rd time and still nothing. Will never order from this dominoes again

Ordered,,, waited 1:15,,,called and person said " We dont deliver to your address. That is why you haven't received your order,,, then hung up immediately. Called back, no answer. Called from another phone,,answered,,no explanation. Asked to speak to manager,,,on hold,,, hung up again. Two kids waiting on pizza,,,no call,, no explanation,,hung up on three times total. Screw them

So, we order a large extravaganza pizza, bread sticks and some wings for delivery. This was about 8:10 pm. My son had his heart set on pizza. The cost was to be $27+. They said it would be about 45 minutes. At about 9:15 I called to check on my order. They were totally clueless, then said it some how got voided out. I asked to speak to the manager. Nicole gets on the phone and says she can take and remake the order. Keep in mind, mine son is very disappointed and not a happy camper. Nicole says she can give me a free 2 liter bottle of pop to make things right or maybe some brownies.ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???. You mess with me that is one thing, you mess with my wife or child, and it's on. I said what about that pizza insurance you advertise? She said it was only good after you pay for the pizza. She said she would gladly remake the order but no discount for the screw up. I said you know, if I got to pay full price for an order that you guys screwed up, i might as well order it from your competitor. You guys are not the only ones in town selling pizza. She hung up the phone. I am getting totally fed up with big city business. In a small town if you do not treat your customers right and take care of business, you go broke. I ended up ordering from pizza hut and actually saved two dollars. Don't ever ask me to or expect me to order anything from Dominos again.
