The restaurant we visited had a quaint charm to it, despite its exterior needing a touch-up. Once inside, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The seafood platters we ordered were delicious, and the service was attentive throughout our meal.

Called in order, was told 20 minutes. Arrived exactly 20 minutes and then told they do not start orders until you arrive and pay. Was not told on phone this and food was cold when received!

First time trying this seafood restaurant and we thought it was great.
We tried the seafood platter. Very fresh tasting flounder shrimp and the crab cake was excellent. None of the food was greasy or too salty.
The waitress was very nice and kept our cups full.
Nice atmosphere with all the painted walls. Can't wait to go back.

This used to be a good place to eat. Went yesterday 8-21-20 for take out. Supposed to be large 4 item fried. If what I got was large, I would hate to see a small plate. I should have just unthawed some of my fillets and shrimp at home and it would have been just as good or better. Smelled of old or bad fish inside. Oh, for scallops, jumbo shrimp, oysters and deviled crab ( all fried) it was like $ 18.00 for one of those carryout styrofoam containers. NOT WORTH THE PRICE !!

Awsome place and awesome service. Take out is amazing, here recently service in take out as been outstanding and everything has been fresh and correct. the menu is easy to read and the employees are friendly and helpful. items were packed hot fresh and neat. prices are fair and protions are well.

,WORST PIECE OF FLOUNDER I HAVE EVER TASTE... APPARENTLY OLD AND NO MEAT WHAT SO EVER. THIS HAS HAPPENED THE LAST TWO TIMES I GOT CARRY OUT... THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME FOR SURE...DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN. ONE STAR, BUT HAD NO OPTION.

I have lived in Southmont about 3 yr. ,,,I eat at Ocean View at least 1 or 2 times a month,thats with the family and I eating in the place one time and getting it to go 1 time a month,,i have always had excellent service.To go or to eat in.and to wrap it all up the prices are excellent!!!

Food for the most part is good.It all depends on what's ordered. Popcorn shrmp;delicious, chicken tenders;the BEST...EVER! Has everything needed on the table,and if not, the waiter/waitress is more than happy to bring it out.

the food is bland , no butter served w/ mashed potatothey do not have butter. ,, very very bland...shrimp was not de veined properly.no knives on table, was brought out big peices of fried fist which could not be cut w/ a fork. all the fish was, did i mention bland....
