Worst pizza I have ever had,like throwing $25 in the trash, pizza not cooked, hardly any sauce, cold, barely any cheese, took 2 1/2 hours to get to my home and I am only 5 minutes away for them

Worst restaurant in Louisburg. Worst customer service anywhere I have ever been. Surprised they are even open. Ordered take-out pizza and wings to go (call in / internet order). Went to store 20 minutes later and waited, waited and waited- nobody even spoke to me as I stood at the counter. Finally got impatient and spoke up only to have the manager nonchalantly ask the workers what happened to my order, they shrugged, she then placed my order. She didn't even ask me if I still wanted to wait or be refunded (big mistake using their online service because now they already have your money).
Finally got the food 30 minutes later, no apologies, nothing. Will never eat at any Pizza Hut anywhere, ever again.

Started out the items on the salad bar were withered and looked about three days old. Then we ordered cheese bread sticks. We were served cheese sticks. I informed the waitress of her mistake, so she brought the cheese bread. Then out came the pizza. Wrong crust than what we ordered. She said she was sorry , but never offered to replace it. Never offered to conponsat for the mistakes and was not even very friendly. I will never go back there.
