Ths is the best food in the state of North Carolina. The new owner has improved the ambiamce by 100%
and the food is outstanding. We are retirees and drive several times a week to enjoy the pasta ( good sauce) pizza, and sandwiches.
The service is good (young, energetic staff) and they are very pleasant. I do not hesitate to take my guests this wonderful slice of NorthCarolina.

Four of us went to Milano's on Saturday late afternoon (4pm). We actually went to try out the salad bar. We went in, got seated and asked about the salad bar and were told they did not have it anymore. Now they still have the sign on the front window saying "salad bar" but it no longer exist!!! So then we have to choose something else from the menu. I had Caesar salad but the other three ate a meal with a salad. We never saw any bread with the meal. Service was fair at best but the kitchen was very, very slow. No one was in there when we arrived so I did expect quicker service. Needless to say, we will NOT be going there again!!!!!

I came to milanos a while back and the waitresses were completely rude and underage.

I love this place the staff are nice and polite. We were served with out any problem the food was warm and great tasting, and i can't possible think of any thing wrong with this amazing place

My husband and I took some out of town guests here and it was HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASING! The waitress was about 12 and we actually had to raise our hands to get her attention to refill our drinks. We sat there for ONE HOUR until our food came, and even then, only 2 of the 5 meals came. We waited ANOTHER 10 MINUTES until we had to flag down the waitress again and ask her where the other 2 meals were?? She looked at us like we were speaking Chinese. She went in the back, that's when we realized thaey hadn't even made the other 2 orders. We had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the last 2 meals, by then the first meals that were brought out were cold. After AN HOUR AND A HALF, we all had our meals and one was supposed to be a veggie calzone and when we cut into it, it was full of meat. The manager came out and apologized for the HORRIBLE service, but never offered the meal on the house or anything. When we suggested it, she also looked at us as if we were speaking Chinese! The food was bad, cold, wrong order,and the service was TERRIBLE!! DON'T EAT HERE!!

MILANOS IS A VERY GOOD DINING AREA IT IS THE BEST ITALIAN WE HAVE FOUND, WE ENJOY THE FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND STAFF, THE MANICOTTI IS MY FAVORITE. I ORDER IT ALMOST EVERY TIME WE ENJOY THE FOOD AND IS REALLY GOOD .TRY IT YOU WILL LIKE IT TOO.
