During a recent road trip, we discovered Brooklyn Boys while looking for groceries and decided to check it out. The atmosphere reminded us of a classic New York pizza joint, and we enjoyed the variety of options, friendly staff, and delicious pizza. Our meals, including salads and garlic knots, were fresh and satisfying, making it a regular choice for us whenever we're in the area.

Brooklyn Boys is a fantastic spot for a New York City-style pizza experience. With a variety of delicious options, clean seating, friendly staff, and reasonable prices, it's a great choice for a quick meal or takeout.

Great
12/02/2020 - Stay Away Unless you Want Covid 19
Great pizza but is a cesspool of Covid 19. None of the employees wear a mask or follow the CDC guidelines. The kitchen employees do not wear a mask or gloves as they prepare or handle your food. Customers do a better job of wearing a mask but many do not because the restaurant employees do not wear one themselves. If you ask any employees as to why no one wears a mask. Their response is that the owners do not believe in masks so they leave the decision up the the employees who are a all in their teens. We used to eat there every Friday but had to stop. We cannot even do a take out because we do not want to risk going inside.

Decent pizza and menu choices. NY style menu but don't expect NY pizza or subs. Used to be better in the past.
Be prepared to stand and wait even if you call ahead. Waiting area in the lobby seats about 3 people and in the summer the indoor temperature is 80+. You'll sweat standing still. Yes there are ovens, but for the prices they could crank up the AC or at least add some take out seating.
Their payment/order/pick up system for take out needs some serious organization. I've called in advance, stared at my pizza on top of the oven for 15 minutes while walk-ins took forever ordering.
Dining in is a slightly better experience but not much better. I live less than a mile away and never go there and I love pizza.
Better than the big box places but overpriced for mediocre food and inadequate customer service. Better places around the area like Tony's or Salty Caper.
