I drove up to pizza hut in smithfield nc today around 6:25pm. Got out only to find door locked. According to nc fire code doors are to be unlocked during business hours. So i decided to go to drive thru and was told i had to order by phone. If they were busy i can understand but no one in line and a couple inside i couldnt understand. Now i know why i never see anyone parked in parking lot. They never have any business. Well i will not be buying sh-t from Pizza Hut anymore

I was a customer on October 12, 2017 and observed I think he was the manager making my pizza with no gloves. He actually touched all the ingredients with his hands and put it in the oven then washed his hands. How unsanitized was that? Is this a policy that your pizza makers wear gloves while making pizzas? Very concerned and not professional at all.
