Horrible service, food, wait time- probably one of the worst BK's ever and they are ALWAYS out of something.

I have tried this store time an time again. Lousy customer service and the owner is arrogant, not like his father friendly and professional. The food french fries are almost always cold and the counter people give you a dirty look if you want fresh ones or request them. Not professional at all in this store. Many items are not good.
