The food and service were fantastic, with quick seating even when busy and a friendly staff that made the experience enjoyable. I loved the delicious dishes, especially the freshly made tortillas, and despite a minor issue with the flavor of my usual order, I can't wait to return for another meal.

Well it's 9:34pm and we are now home and me and my wife are just now somewhat getting over being in the rest room from today's lunch. The food was poorly made, steak meat and there chicken was dry and tough, the rice was greasy, beans where gross, portions small, far as the waitress service it was also poor, at one point another family member asked for a coke refill and got water, we had to keep asking for things and at one point the waitress just stayed away, her English was very poor and at another point our Spanish had to be used just to clarify the order. When the person came with the hot food they just put it half way in front of my wife so she would have to grab it and get possibly burned, I had to use napkins to do it for her. Come to find out my daughter also got sick and ended up in the rest room. The food was so expensive it was ridiculous and this is Sanford and not Cary, shame on them. We are not picky people I always tip more than we should but honestly we did not want to give a dollar for the food and service we received. I called and spoke to the manager explaining what had happen and he refused to give us are money back because we did not say anything while at the restaurant, the reason we didn't because it would have been all of us saying something and we did not want to make a big scene, the manager should have just made it right but it appears it's more about the money and not the customer. We will never go back and hope this review stops you from making the same mistake. The only thing decent was the chips and salsa which we had to ask for more of both seeing we where a party of five and got one basket of chips when we came in. Additionally the meals where not prepared the way we asked, again the food was very expensive for what you got, your better off making your own Mexican food at home, at least then you will have leftovers and not be ill.

I went here with my mom and daughter. The restaurant was decorated nicely, very mellow and it's clean. The food was great! Lots of flavor and decent prices! I recommend the California burrito. The service was great. The only thing they need to work on is the salsa, its good but a little too salty. I will eat here again!
