You must have been there on an off day. The Family Favorites I know is terrific (in Robersonville, NC) They are known far and wide for their marinated fried chicken. Never had a dried out, greasy, over-cooked piece from there. The people that work there are always friendly and eager to please. I love Family Favorites!

Not what it used to be. Over cooked, greasy, dried out chicken, soggy French fries. Incomplete takeout order. You don't see the management there much any more.
