Went their friday to eat about 6.30.with family.( 4 ) all ordered burgers and fries.when received order all the food was cold.I didnt mind my burger ,but had asked for chili, lettuce,slaw tomato.did get tomato ,lettuce was the size of a dime,no chili or slaw.it still had a good flavor.but did ask the waitress for hot fries.she said ok.after about 10-15 minutes she came back to give us the bill.I asked if she forget my fries she said that when asked the manager(person in charge) that he didnt have time to make me any because they were to busy.I was surprised ,this is not to professonal.maybe i will go elsewhere next time i see more than 3 other customers.I did not blame the waitress although i told her she should of told me sooner that they were not going to replace my fries.(Glad all are not like this one.)

Hwy 55 in Nashville is the absolute worst. I ordered an Andy bacon cheeseburger meal and didn’t even receive my bacon. I called back and spoke to the staff and was told that my name would be in the book for a free order. I called to try and get my order and my name wasn’t even written down then the manager Mike wants to tell me because it was over 30 days it was nothing that could be done. Then he hung up on me. BASTARD !!! I was not told that I had 30 days. Of course I would’ve gotten what was owed to me. BAD BUSINESS !!!!!

Lousy service, ordered a cheese stake without green peppers with fries. When it was brought to the table about 30 minutes later I had a cheesesteak full of green peppers and order of fries with a long black hair in them. Server never came back to the table to check on us. Needless to say this is the last time I will ever go there !!!!
