Grabbed a couple pizzas to go from Max's Pizza in Surf City. Normally we head to Santino's, but they were closed, so we decided to give Max's a try. The pizzas were tasty, a bit greasy, just how I like it, and the service was friendly and quick. The staff at Max's Pizza made our experience enjoyable, and we'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious offerings.

I am writting this review because I love Max's Pizza and ESPECIALLY the wait staff. They are the greatest. And if my husband, George, doesn't buy me what I want... These girls at Max's will beat him up. Love those girls at Max's.... Judy

The manager made an admitted mistake with our order, but she was very rude and unprofessional in resolving the issue. One of those places that just needs to post a sign that says for locals only. They obviously don't need or want vacationers business.
