The food may be alright, Linda's Subs are better and a trip to calabash seafood in Lumberton will get you better seafood at a cheaper price. But what I find most deplorable is the staff! I may have only called to make a takeout order a 2 family close to $100, and was hung up on within the first 3 minutes of my call because the waitress was to lazy or bored to tell us what Subs they had( the online menu is wrong). Well having sat down and enjoyed the meal there before I tried 1 more call at which time a male employee answered, as I tried to make my order I hit a snag up on the "fried sampler " appetizer another online menu item that's not served well we worked that out with this person on the other end being just as rude as possible while we were ordering our last item a chicken platter I know for a fact is on the menu was told that our order was too much n just eat somewhere else!!! I have never once been treated like that especially by somewhere that's supposed to be a higher class good restaurant... BTW we went to Fairmont Pizza had excellent service!!! And they even made my 9 month old special mashed potatoes with little chicken pieces and after telling of our treatment at Michaels were actually given a drink for us and each child while waiting on our delishious food.. Michaels we have a large family and 2 different parts witnessed the rudeness over speaker phone you have lost more then 2 families of customers today.
