The portions are generous, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious, making it a favorite for seafood cravings. Service has always been attentive, and while there have been minor inconsistencies with some dishes, my overall experiences have been positive.

The generous portions and quick service make this seafood restaurant a favorite of mine, especially for their popcorn shrimp and hush puppies. The attentive staff, particularly waitresses Kathy, Melissa, and Emily, always enhance the dining experience, ensuring that each visit is enjoyable.

Placed an order over the phone,this Saturday, January 13th, have used Mayflower before it was even Mayflower, Libby Hills. In the past takeout service was great, but today really SUCKED. First all the cole slaw was open, the tater sauce was open and all over the bag. My husband took it back in, was given the look like he was lying. GET REAL!
Never after all the years of service have we been treated so bad. All I can say, is either get your emploeyee's to be nicer to customers, and smile at them instead of looking at them like they are crazy. Never in the past have we been treated so rudely, and I can honestly we will not be again. Our little relationship has ended. There are other fish houses than THE MAYFLOWER!!!!!!!! We are gone!!!!!!!

For almost 20 dollars you receive 4 popcorn chicken nuggets and one piece of fish! THE PRICES INCREASED AND THE PORTIONS ARE WAY LESS NOW JUST LIKE ALL THE GREEDY BUSINESSES IN AMERICA TODAY DESPICABLE AND APPALLING NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN EVER!!!

Very poor customer service. I have worked in restaurants now for 30+ years and this place really needs to up their game on how they run their business. Don't tell the customer that their call in order will be ready in 20 minutes if you know that it will be 45 minutes or an hour. Then after 1 hour these people have lost your order altogether and no apologies whatsoever!!!
