03/19/2022 - So Not Happy at 10:30 pm
Made a $39 order a 8:23, my order did not arrive until 10:20. I called the store maybe 20-30 minutes prior and was told it was on the way. When the order did arrive AFTER TWO HOURS the food was cold. We informed the driver that we did not want it and he did apologize (nothing against the driver) because they're short staffed. I called the store and spoke with the manager and was informed that I would only be able to get a $15 credit. B-LLSH-T!!!!!!!! This store is literally 5 minutes or less up the street; we were willing to pick the order up if we were informed that they were short on drivers. I know losing one customer isn't SH-T but I'm pissed and wanted you all to know this. Hopefully this was a one time incident"¦.doubt it, but hey. Well"¦"¦ I'm eating Popeyes Chicken tonight!!!!!
