I enjoy dining at Shiki of Elkin for their consistently delicious Americanized Japanese fare. As a vegetarian, I appreciate their flavorful vegetable plate with the tasty sauce that always satisfies my cravings. The service is fast, friendly, and the portions are generous, making it a must-stop for a satisfying meal.

The manager of this establishment is extremely rude. If the food is not prepared correctly they will not make it right.

They missed an order and refused to replace it. They blamed me when I called back, and only offered an unspecified discount when I called back. One star. Will not return

I always get our food to go. Have never had an issue in all the years we have gotten food here. Food is always consistent. We just get Hibachi Chicken and/or steak with mixed vegetables, no carrots and no rice. When the kids were here, we got the rice. I feel their portion size is good for the money. Of course the prices have gone up, but they have everywhere.

I tired them for the first time yesterday. Boy am I happy I tried a new place. Usually I get stuck in the rut of ordering from the same few restaurants all the time.

I have ate at this establishment before many times, food has always been excellent. This experience was not so much. I live about 30 minutes away and drove there and got take out. Called the food in, added some stuff when I got there. Total was 21.37. Just a casual two people dinner there days. When we got home to eat our food, there was hair's in both of our plates. Not just one but several. I called letting them know, asking if we could get a refund or something to compensate. Nothing was available, just to drive all the way back out to get the same food remade. Seems a little far out of my way just for 2 meals to be replaced. I work in the food industry and we always try to compensate with the customer to help encore their experience. I was not pleased about this.

I've are here since the place opened. It use to be a lot better when it first opened. I think they got new owners? The guy that owns it is there a lot...most of the time outside smoking. They hired a new guy that's really chipper and awesome. That's great because the rest of the crew sucks. I never order a soda because it never gets refilled, even water. People go here because of the food, not the service.

The food is awesome but the waiters suck and you have toask for refills or napkins, if you can fine your waiter. The person at rhe regisger is hatefull too. Other than that, it is an awesome restaurant.

I have never had a problem with service. At times there is a language barrier, but they do a good job. The foo is good.. You get much more than you can eat at the average sitting.. Perhaps the veggies could be cooked less, but for the price, you cannot beat this establishment.

Food is good but the wait staff and the person working the register were rude and if you want a refiled on your drink you have to holler at a waitress or waiter. They need to get some better employs if they expect people to come back.I will go up the street and eat at the other Chinese restaurant in town.Their food is not as good but their service was xecellent.

this restaurant absolutely sucks. I'm not talking about the food, because for the price its really good, but the service is terrible, they have such hateful waiters, and they suck at what they do if u want a dinner with only one refill and never to see your waiter again then this is your hot spot!!
