The food and service have really gone down hillðŸ”»
I order a Teriyaki Bowl and I didn't even finish it. It smelled like an OLD Teriyaki Bowl. The last one I got, which was about a year ago was frozen at the bottom. I just thought I would give it another tryðŸ˜”
And the service has not been great either. You have younger employees who just act as though they dont want to be there. No warm greeting ie.."Good morning, How are you today? or NOT even a "Thank you, have a good day/night I even had one to say "Huh?" ( NO MANNERS & I CAN'T STAND THAT coming from anyone especially from someone younger than me!!!)
Management needs to it step up on the training. I think I've given this place too many chances. And as far as I'm concerned, my business is going elsewhere in Monroe.âœŒðŸ¾
