Had a delicious late lunch with a friend, enjoying a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the Slap Ya Momma Shrimp appetizer, both of which were hot, fresh, and very tasty. The service was excellent, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and I look forward to returning for more of their wonderful food.

I grew up with a fishing pole in one hand and a flounder gig in the other. I'm 59 years old and was raised in coastal North Carolina. I worked on shrimp boats in the lower Cape fear for years . I know fresh fish, shrimp, and oysters immediately.Bandana's has consistently cooked my seafood to my upmost expectations. Excellent sweet tea, fresh coleslaw and service "¦ Six stars

What a great dining experience we had at Bandanas Restaurant. The servings were extremely plentiful, our seafood was fresh and the service was fast and friendly.

We will be back!

So shell crabs were great. Wife had Ribeye Sandwich. She said best she ever had. Service was good and friendly.

Love Bandanas ! Go there every time I visit Burgaw which is often. Food very high quality. Friendly atmosphere ! Glad Burgaw has such a nice restaurant.

My husband and I stopped in on the way down I 40. We were promptly seated but then had to wait more than 45 minutes for our food. People that ordered after us received their food before we did. We both ordered the prime rib sandwich with a side salad. We paid thirty dollars for a wilted salad and a sandwich with a cheap piece of steak no thicker than my regular table knife. I would not call it prime rib in any way. It did not taste good and we both left feeling very disappointed. For those kinds of prices, I would expect a much better quality of food even if it is just Burgaw. Don't waste your time or your money at this restaurant.

Need bartender a Martini has no ice . Twice being there have yet to get a hot bake potato. Service was slow. For the price food was not so good. Will not go back and not recommend to other. Must do much better. Onwers should find new business to get into.

I am not from the Burgaw area but I must say the Fried Oyster Platter is one of the best I have ever had. The batter to Oyster ratio is great, you don't have to search for them. Being in the military with lots of travel and originally a Floridian I am hard to please. I hear the desserts are great too but I didn't have enough room. A must try.
