Stopped by The City Tap for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the bustling atmosphere both inside and on the covered patio. The hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard was a delicious recommendation, and the three bean salad was a flavorful side dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. The pillowy brioche bun held everything together perfectly, and the Boars Head hot dog had a satisfying snap to it. The overall vibe of the place was very chill and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal or drink in downtown Pittsboro.
