Disappointed by menu item on July 19, 2017. Ordered the sunrise burger. I have ordered this at this location before (about 6 months ago and it was really good. The burger came as it was pictured on the menu when I ordered it last winter. NOT this time. The egg on top was not only over hard it was falling apart. I sent it back and requested it to be served as shown on the menu, soft yolk. The manager brought out the replacement and the only difference was the egg was in 1 piece but still hard yolk. No apologies, just a comment that they have no way to make a soft egg yolk as the egg goes on a conveyor belt to cook. When I pointed out that they used to serve it with a runny yolk he said NO that's the way it always comes. I told him that in that case I wouldn't make the mistake of ordering it again and he smiled and walked away. I didn't eat but a small portion of it as it was very disappointing. He knew it and made no effort to rectify the issue. Very disappointed.
