The steak was cooked perfectly, even for a smaller cut, making it a challenge to achieve a medium rare doneness on a thinner steak. The salad bar offered fresh and quality ingredients without overwhelming toppings, and the staff provided cordial service, making it a pleasant dining experience.

Sunday - July 26, 2015. Menu is way overpriced. What you get for your money is ridiculous. I ordered the grilled scallops. There was too much black pepper on them and they weren't cooked correctly. They were rubbery. For $15.00 all I got was a kabob of scallops, a piece of Texas toast and a well (and I don't mean great) cooked baked potato. You have to offer some kind of small house salad, too. All I got with the potato was butter, no offer of sour cream. My friend got the pork chop although she loves steak but the steaks were way overpriced. She said the pork chop was tough. She also got the salad after she had decided against just having the salad bar which is way overpriced for what's on it. We could have gone to Golden Corral and gotten a much nicer meal for the price. I will not recommend Ribeye's nor will I return there. The service was good. That's about the only good thing about this place.
